Kirsten has specialised in family law since 2007 and co-founded Lund Bennett Law in 2012.
Throughout her career, Kirsten has achieved excellent results for hundreds of clients across all aspects of family law, particularly in financial matters, children disputes, cohabitation disagreements and divorce. She has experience in acting for high net worth individuals who have valuable business and pension interests. She is also skilled in advising clients with relationships complicated by international, safeguarding or dependency matters.
Kirsten is a member of Resolution and promotes their Code of Practice.
Kirsten has a reputation as someone who is determined in the pursuit of her clients’ interests. She is known as an exceptional and astute practitioner, a supportive professional and a skilful negotiator. Most of her work comes from recommendations from former clients, other solicitors and barristers.
Kirsten is also a keen cyclist and sportswoman. She has cycled to Paris twice, completed several triathlons including an Ironman 70.3 and undertaken Via Ferrata in the Italian Dolomites.
